Garbage

The garbage is divided in different groups and it is reused in the recycling centre in the community. Therefore, all citizens in the community must handle the garbage according to community rules.

 

Garbage Shed in the courtyard – bulky refuse

Please be aware of the following groups of bulky refuses:

Domestic appliances

Please find user manuals for the domestic appliances in the house. Please use, clean and maintain according to the mauals.

House & Garden rules

House rules

• Water is expensive and please use with care.
• Please be careful not to block the drain.
• Use of washing machines must be ended before 10:00 pm
• Sound travels in this house, so please take care of neighbors. Use of tools is allowed weekdays between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Weekends between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
• Music and other noisy sounds not between 11:00pm and 7:00 am.
• If a party is held - please advise neighbors in your stairwell and the neighbor stairwell.
• Please do not bring bicycles into the stairwell. Park in bicycle stand or shed
• Feeding of any animals outdoor is forbidden
• Smoking is not allowed in common areas, due to Danish law on smoking.

Maintenance - Walls, windows, bathroom and kitchen

Walls

No painting of the walls is allowed without written agreement with the owner. 

 

Windows

Please clean the windows on a regular basis, as this prevent them from getting scratches etc. Please notice that water used can run to your neighbor below.

Floors

Please wash the floor in a wood soap with white pigments in.

 

Bathroom

Please clean tiles and porcelain frequently to reduce limescale.

 

Kitchen

Please always use the cooker hood when cooking.

Electricity, television and network

Electricity

Please register at the electricity company as new customer.

Different suppliers offer solutions for the address. Please refer to them for further guidance.
